We're back from a near death experience!

 We meet every 4th Monday of the Month at 7:00 P.M. except

for December at the Baileys Crossroads Borders Bookstore.

In the month previous to our discussion, the book we are

reading is always at a 10% discount for paperback and 30% for hard back at this store.

Currently we read pretty much anything we want, although we find we do better with shorter books - more people will come and have read the book. The shorter books give us a chance to cram our reading in that last weekend - makes us feel young again Ha!. Our books are selected a couple of months ahead of time so Borders can print the selections in their monthly newsletter. At the beginning of each meeting members are invited to put suggested books for reading on the table where we vote on the selection. Whenever possible one member will present biographical information on the author or introductory remarks regarding reviews of our selection for the evenings discussion.
